Vintage LD
Low-fusing layering ceramic for lithium disilicate and zirconia
Thanks to its homogeneous, microfine particle structure, the fluorescent, silicate-glass-based layering ceramic VINTAGE LD is suitable for the veneering of both lithium disilicate and zirconia restorations.
The porcelains are easy to use, and their dynamic light diffusion makes them ideal for both highly aesthetic full veneering and the cut-back technique. VINTAGE LD is fired at temperatures of only approx. 760-770° C on lithium disilicate frameworks as well as on zirconia frameworks. Due to the well-matched coefficient of thermal expansion, there is virtually no risk of framework distortion, and the shades remain stable even after several firings.
Highlights
- ONE ceramic for both lithium disilicate and zirconia frameworks
- Proven aesthetics thanks to dynamic light diffusion and fluorescence
- Reliable shade stability even after several firings
- Increased surface smoothness and density thanks to microfine particle structure
- Firing temperatures of no more than 770 °C, preventing framework distortion
- Suitable for full veneering and cut-back technique
Modular shade system
VINTAGE LD features a modular system of matching shades. A wide variety of translucent effect and incisal porcelains, including whitening shades, completes the basic shade range, making this system a comprehensive solution for every aesthetic challenge.
